Accommodation (110€ per person)

Gas & Pickups approximately 50€ p.p. gasoline incl.

Flights (to Toulouse) or other transport to the location

Food ( there is restaurants and shopping stores in the city next to us, with both biological and vegan options

We will stay on an old authentic farm near Rennes-les-Chateau, right next to the vortexes we are to visit.

-  If you have any health conditions or special requirements, please  notify us in advance. Your well-being is our priority, and we will make  every effort to accommodate your needs.

Terms and Conditions 

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

Payment

• 25% of the full amount is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the retreat. 
• Full amount is required to be paid at least 40 days before retreat starts.
• Every payment within the 40 days before retreat starts, requires 100% of the amount paid
• Payment can be made through the provided online payment gateway or other specified methods.

Cancellation Policy -Please carefully read the following cancellation policy.

• Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.
• Participants are responsible for the full retreat fee in the event of cancellation.
• Participants may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notification to us.
•  Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued.

Program Changes

• We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, program, as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, teacher and staff.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

Liability

• Participation in the retreat is at the participant's own risk.
• We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurred during the retreat.

Health and Medical Conditions

• Participants are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the retreats events.

Photography and Media

• We may capture photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to be included can notify us in advance.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may necessitate cancellations or affect travel plans.

Agreement to Terms

• By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, where circumstances are beyond the participant's control (e.g., medical emergencies), we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

We highly recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events that may necessitate cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
